JOHN THIEL EXPOSED

James white on proper use of the gifts
Every Christian is therefore duty bound to take the Bible as a perfect rule of faith and duty. He should pray fervently to be aided by the Holy Spirit in searching the Scriptures for the whole truth, and for his whole duty. He is not at liberty to turn from them to learn his duty through any of the gifts. We say the very moment he does, he places the gifts in a wrong place, and takes an extremely dangerous position. (James White, Review & Herald, October 3, 1854)
Now we shall go right along believing and teaching the word of the Lord. This is our business. And if we choose to believe Mrs W.'s views, which harmonize with the Word, this is our business, and nobody else’s but if we should leave the word, and look for a rule of faith and duty by some new revelation, then it would be the business of the Church to silence me as a religious teacher. (James White, Gifts of the Gospel Church, p.14)
Legalism
Martin Luther taught the protestant creed of ‘Sola Fide’, (man is justified by faith alone), and that good works are a fruit of the Spirit.
“The first and chief article is this: Jesus Christ, our God and Lord died for our sins and was raised again for our justification (Romans 3:24-25). He alone is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world (John 1:29), and God has laid on Him the iniquity of us all (Isaiah 53:6). All have sinned and are justified freely, without their own works and merits, by His grace, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, in His blood (Romans 3:23-25). This is necessary to believe. This cannot be otherwise acquired or grasped by any work, law or merit. Therefore, it is clear and certain that this faith alone justifies us ... Nothing of this article can be yielded or surrendered, even though heaven and earth and everything else falls (Mark 13:31).[7]” Martin Luther
The Papacy teaches that man is justified through faith AND by works
“Hence, to those who work well unto the end and trust in God, eternal life is to be offered, both as a grace mercifully promised to the sons of God through Christ Jesus, and as a reward promised by God himself, to be faithfully given to their good works and merits.” Council of Trent
John, you talk of legalism as though it were something over there, something that doesn’t affect you, an abstract apostasy.
You accord yourself blamelessness, you say things such as ‘I present the beautiful message and the people take hold of it and fall into legalism’.
John, Jesus said “by their fruits ye shall know them”, I may be wrong, but my eyes see troubled souls, broken marriages , estranged family ties, Strained interpersonal relationships and marriages, fanaticism, pharisaism, Laodicean delusion, contempt toward sinners and cold hard Legalism as the fruits of your ministry.
I see the people have fallen under the same sophistries as did the Galatians. Deluding themselves that they must in their strength complete the work that Jesus started.
When men learn they cannot earn righteousness: When men learn they cannot earn righteousness by their own merit of works, and they look with firm and entire reliance upon Jesus Christ as their only hope, there will not be so much of self and so little of Jesus. Souls and bodies are defiled and polluted by sin, the heart is estranged from God, yet many are struggling in their own finite strength to win salvation by good works. Jesus, they think, will do some of the saving;. They must do the rest: They need to see by faith the righteousness of Christ as their only hope for time and for eternity. {FW 25.3}
If you would gather together everything that is good: If you would gather together everything that is good and holy and noble and lovely in man and then present the subject to the angels of God as acting a part in the salvation of the human soul or in merit, the proposition would be rejected as treason.{FW 24.1}
Christ for our sakes became poor: Christ for our sakes became poor that we through His poverty might be made rich. And any works that man can render to God will be far less than nothingness. My requests are made acceptable only because they are laid upon Christ’s righteousness. The idea of doing anything to merit the grace of pardon is fallacy from beginning to end. “Lord, in my hand no price I bring, simply to Thy cross I cling.” {FW 24.2}
Our Own Works Can Never Purchase Salvation: A legal religion can never lead souls to Christ; for it is a loveless, Christless religion. Fasting or prayer that is actuated by a self-justifying spirit is an abomination in the sight of God. The solemn assembly for worship, the round of religious ceremonies, the external humiliation, the imposing sacrifice, proclaim that the doer of these things regards himself as righteous, and as entitled to heaven; but it is all a deception. Our own works can never purchase salvation. {DA 280.2}
There Is No Safety For One Who Has Merely A Legal Religion: The fountain of the heart must be purified before the streams can Christ, Our Only Hope:
The spirit of bondage is engendered by seeking to live in accordance with legal religion, through striving to fulfil the claims of the law in our own strength. There is hope for us only as we come under the Abrahamic covenant, which is the covenant of grace by faith in Christ Jesus. The gospel preached to Abraham, through which he had hope, was the same gospel that is preached to us today, through which we have hope. Abraham looked unto Jesus, who is also the Author and the Finisher of our faith (YI Sept. 22, 1892). {6BC 1077.7} become pure. He who is trying to reach heaven
”[Ellen White, 1 Selected Messages, page 396]
“Every soul may say ,by His [Christ’s] perfect obedience He has satisfied the claims of the law, and my only hope is found in looking to Him as my substitute and surety, who obeyed the law perfectly for me. By faith in His merits I am free from the condemnation of the law. He clothes me with His righteousness, which answers all the demands of the law. I am complete in Him who brings in everlasting righteousness. He presents me to God in the spotless garment of which no thread was woven by any human agent.’
“1 Selected Messages, page 367”:
“The law demands righteousness, and this the sinner owes to the law; but he incapable of rendering it. The only way in which he can attain to righteousness is through faith. By faith he can bring to God the merits of Christ, and the Lord places the obedience of His Son to the sinner’s account. Christ’s righteousness is accepted in place of man’s failure, and God receives, pardons justifies … treats him just as though he were righteous … this is how faith is accounted righteous.”
”[Ellen White, 1 Selected Messages, page 396]
“Every soul may say ,by His [Christ’s] perfect obedience He has satisfied the claims of the law, and my only hope is found in looking to Him as my substitute and
“It was possible for Adam before the fall to form a righteous character by obedience to the law. But he failed to do this, and because of his sin our natures are fallen and we cannot make ourselves righteous. Since we are sinful, unholy, we cannot perfectly obey the holy law. We have no righteousness of our own with which to meet the claims of the law of God… If you give your life to Him, and accept Him as your Saviour, then sinful as your life may have been, for His sake you are accounted as righteous. Christ’s character stands in place of your character, and you are accepted before God as if you had not sinned.” Ellen G White “Steps to Christ, page 62”:
In conclusion
Song of Solomon 6:9
9 My dove, my undefiled is but one; she is the only one of her mother; she is the choice one of her that bare her. The daughters saw her, and blessed her; yea, the queens and the concubines, and they praised her.
You teach that baptism is a mere formality, that real baptism is ‘baptism into the word’, this is code for ‘the candidate must see everything as you see it, he must accept every human bias you place on scripture, he must cast aside his own rational intelligence, he must surrender to your authority’. John 4:24
He must then earn merit by works of the flesh before being deemed worthy of baptism. He must demonstrate his subservience to your authority by outward works.
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
In order to be baptized I must abandon reason, and embrace every silly idea cooked up via faulty logic and wishful thinking. I must accept that cheese abstinence is a salvation issue (your words), and that dairy defiles a man and is unholy, despite the fact that the Lord was undefiled by soft cheese, milk and butter Isaiah 7: 15-22, and that he came down from heaven in his glorified body and partook of dairy. Genesis 18:8. He equates dairy with plenty and goodness. Exodus 33.3. And with salvation. Isaiah 55:1.Misusing EGW’s counsel on the dangers of corruption in dairy. You issue a decree, that whoever partakes thereof can’t be saved! And I have to believe it, or I can’t be saved!
I must also accept that Jesus is offended by feet, despite the fact he equates bare feet with holiness Exodus 3:5, Christ is barefoot in the heavenly sanctuary Revelation 1:15, He allowed a woman to anoint, touch and kiss his feet yet was without sin Luke 7:38, and that Jesus didn’t even see fit to rebuke the disciples for working naked, let alone bare foot!
Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea. John 21:7
Once again by your decree, I have to equate covering of feet with holiness and salvation. And I have to believe it to be saved!
In this stance you become another Christ, another intercessor between God and man, deciding (or presuming to) who is worthy of salvation, and the works that must be done to attain it.
Freedom of conscience is not permitted! You are the one authority and arbiter of Gods will!
“Don’t tell me you don’t fully understand. If I say to you, you must follow the dress code as studied in the sanctuary that is it, don’t ask why, just do it. It’s the dress code. The health message as studied, vegetarianism, don’t ask why, just simply know that I’m asking you to step fast, that’s why. Don’t ask about modesty, fashion, and vanity, worldly pastimes just do as I say. Don’t worry about your friends and your unbelieving relatives just do as I say.” John Theil
Is this Lamb language or Dragon language?
Has this anything to do with Protestantism; or is it indistinguishable from Papal principles?
Are Papal principals what God had in mind when he talked of ‘His dove’? Song of Sol6:9
Are Papal principals what He had in mind when he talked of ‘Pastors after his own heart’? Jeremiah 3:15
Are Papal principals what he had in mind in Ephesians 4:5?
Are Papal principals the method he shall use to bring about his perfect church? John 10:16
For my part I would answer NO! to all of the above. And therefore I must decline your offer of total subjugation to you through “unquestioning obedience”. John, I am removing myself from your stewardship. It saddens me to leave my brethren and sisters, but it would be worse for me to depart from truth for the sake of companionship. I will seek the Lord where ever he may be found, and if he cannot be found undefiled by men, then I shall seek him in his word. I believe that he is faithful and true to save me to the utmost without need of Pope or Prelate.

Revelation 14:4
These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
